ARIN holds biannual Public Policy and Members Meetings to provide an opportunity for the Internet community to engage in policy discussions, network with colleagues, and learn more about ARIN and issues affecting the global Internet numbers community. A list of sponsors of past meetings is available.

ARIN meeting sponsorship provides a great opportunity for your organization to show support for the community-based, transparent, bottom-up policy development processes that support the foundation of Internet infrastructure.

Upcoming Sponsorship Opportunities

ARIN is currently seeking sponsors of events and activities for all upcoming Public Policy and Members Meetings.

Benefits of Sponsorship (All Levels)

  • All active sponsors will be listed on the meeting website and will have their company logo placed on official meeting signage.
  • All sponsors will receive special recognition throughout the meeting by category of sponsorship.

Multiple Sponsorships are Available for Each Level

  • Bronze Sponsor (US $7,500 per meeting/US $15,000 per year): Sponsor benefits as listed above
  • Silver Sponsor (US $10,000 per meeting/US $20,000 per year): Includes Bronze Sponsorship items, plus a complimentary exhibitor table and sponsor acknowledgment on ARIN social media during the meeting. (Facebook/Twitter)
  • Gold Sponsor (US $15,000 per meeting/US $30,000 per year): Includes Silver Sponsorship items, plus; the opportunity to provide a seat drop for the main session; collateral information at one meal; or a custom giveaway item.
  • Platinum Sponsor (US $25,000 per meeting/US $50,000 per year): Includes Gold Sponsorship items, plus three (3) complimentary room nights at the host hotel for the Sponsor, plus sponsor logo on the primary meeting participant giveaway item and logo added to the hotel room keys (if requested).

Sponsors may elect to a yearlong sponsor agreement at any sponsorship level and receive the additional benefit of being listed as a sponsor for two ARIN on the Road events of their choosing. These sponsors will receive all the benefits associated with their sponsorship level (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Exhibitor Sponsor (US $5,000)

Exhibitor Sponsors are eligible to host an exhibitor table during the meeting to hand out information about their organization, provide swag/giveaway items, and interact with the Internet community. (limited availability)

Fellowship Program Sponsorship (US $2,500)

The ARIN Fellowship Program is designed to broaden inclusion, diversity, engagement, and volunteerism amongst community members within the ARIN region.

Help ARIN fund this important mission by becoming a Fellowship Program sponsor. Your company will receive recognition in promotional content related to the Fellowship Program.

Network Connectivity Sponsorship (in-kind and variable cost)

This critical sponsorship impacts the location of ARIN meetings. To help support the needs of ARIN and our attendees, our Public Policy and Members Meetings require their own wireless network. Network Connectivity Sponsors must provide at least 200 mbps of bandwidth between the meeting venue and the Internet. ARIN prefers to have both IPv4 and IPv6 transit.

Network Connectivity Sponsors receive the benefits of the Gold Sponsor level, plus their logo on the giveaway item and an opportunity for a representative to deliver a three-minute welcome address during the general meeting.

Webcast Sponsorship (US $10,000)

The webcast of Public Policy and Member Meetings is integral to the open and transparent nature of ARIN. Sponsor benefits include all the benefits of Bronze Sponsor level plus your branding displayed on the webcast.

Social Event Sponsor (US $30,000)

Contribute to the Public Policy and Members Meeting experience by becoming a Social Event Sponsor. Your organization receives all Gold Sponsor level benefits, plus custom branding opportunities at the social event such as signature drink and menu selections, branded napkins, and more.
