Registration is now open for the ARIN XXV Public Policy and Members Meeting, 18-21 April 2010 in Toronto, Ontario. Information about the meeting, hotel, and remote participation is available at:

A special guest room rate for meeting attendees of $199 (CAD) single/double occupancy is available until 1 April 2010 at the InterContinental Toronto Centre. Space is limited, so reserve your room now to take advantage of the attendee discount. The room rate is subject to all applicable taxes, currently 5% Provincial Sales Tax , 5% Goods & Services Tax & 3% Destination Marketing Fee and other charges as may apply. Attendees traveling to Canada will need to check the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the meeting to calculate their expenses.

ARIN holds open, biannual Public Policy and Members Meetings where attendees gather to discuss draft Internet number resource policies, network with colleagues, and attend workshops and tutorials. Current policy proposals up for discussion at this meeting are available at:

ARIN XXV Overview

  • Sunday, 18 April: A lunch for first-time ARIN meeting attendees, a policy and IPv6 education session for web hosting professionals, an ARIN Online demo, the Introduction to the Policy Development Process, the Open Policy Hour, and Happy Hour.
  • Monday, 19 April: ARIN Public Policy Meeting, Day 1 and evening social at The Academy for Spherical Arts.
  • Tuesday, 20 April: ARIN Public Policy Meeting, Day 2
  • Wednesday, 21 April - ARIN Members Meeting (open to all ARIN XXV attendees)
