ARIN’s Registration Services is a team of 12 individuals that are here to provide you with the guidance you need to reach your ultimate goal. Registration Services is pleased to help with the process of navigating the many different requests, functions, and services ARIN offers to our member community. You can reach us via your ARIN Online account (Ask ARIN) or by calling our help desk and speaking with a services team member. Our help desk is available by phone (703.227.0660) between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Eastern time Monday - Friday. Our help desk answers, on average, 700 calls per month.
You may be asking what a call to Registration Services can do for you. The Registration Services team can discuss current policy requirements as well as assist you with the many features offered in ARIN Online; features such as POC Validation, updating your physical address, updating your nameservers, removing old employee POCs from your Org ID, requesting IPv4 addresses, IPv6 addresses, and AS numbers, and much more. There are some newer features in ARIN Online which we love telling customers about. Features like creating/removing SWIPs from within ARIN Online rather than the old email based templates.
The Registration Services team has an average tenure of over 7 years, clearly, we love what we do. If you ask the team what their favorite part of working in Registration Services is I believe we would all say it is working with our members, talking to them on the phone and meeting them face-to-face at the ARIN Public Policy and Members meeting, ARIN on the Road events, and other industry meetings.
We would like you to meet our Registration Services team, many of whom have published blogs, provide tips & tricks, and offer helpful insights in the last few months. Stay tuned for more from them!
