For information about Point of Contact (POC) records and how they’re used at ARIN, please see the “Point of Contact (POC) Records” page.
Direct POCs are associated with an AS number or an IPv4 or IPv6 address block that was issued by ARIN.
Indirect POCs are associated with IPv4 or IPv6 addresses that have been delegated to a customer by an Internet Service Provider, as reported in the ARIN database.
